Welcome to 'The Bungalow'. Our single storey villa is ideal for those preferring their luxury accommodation all on one level! Overlooking the Eighth fairway on a premium plot, it enjoys sun all day on the private pool and patio. Over 2,000 square feet of air-conditioned space to relax and have fun in!

'The Bungalow' occupies a very peaceful position on the highly acclaimed Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. From the large pool and patio look out over orange trees and the golf course with virgin pine forest beyond. The villa can accommodate up to ten people. As with all our homes, we include many extras not normally standard in Floridian villas.

The villa features an open plan living area superbly furnished with three soft leather sofas, ceiling fan and well equipped entertainment centre. Relax at the end of a long, busy day. Watch the cable tv which has over 60 channels to choose from, or chose a dvd from the selection we have provided, play one of the board  games with the family or simply enjoy a cd with a glass of something cool! We have even included a personal computer with broadband internet access so you can keep up to date with what's going on at home or surf the net to find out what to do tomorrow! Print out your best photos of the day, or email them to jealous friends!! There is a wireless router so you could even bring along your laptop and surf by the pool! The dining area is tastefully furnished with mahogany dining table & chairs for those more formal meals while the breakfast nook is ideal for quick snacks before you head out for a busy day at the parks!

The luxury, limed oak kitchen has ample work surfaces and units and is fitted with a full sized oven, hob, large fridge freezer with water dispenser & ice maker, built-in microwave oven, automatic dishwasher and waste disposal unit. We have included all the crockery, glassware, cutlery & cooking utensils you need to prepare meals for eating in. There is a large walk-in larder and a separate laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board. A games room leads off the utility room with full sized pool table which converts to a table tennis table and an air hockey table.  

 

The master bedroom is a calm retreat with its king sized bed dressed with luxurious linens and  white whicker furniture. The walk in wardrobe & dressing table offer ample storage space and we have also added a remote control cable tv, clock radio & telephone. This bedroom features spacious en-suite facilities including large walk-in shower, twin marble basins & WC.

The second Queen bedroom has a bright & airy feel. Overlooking the pool, it also has walk in wardrobe, cable tv & clock radio. There are also two further bedrooms  ; one has a full bed and two twin beds and one has two twin beds. Both these rooms rooms have lcd cable tv and one includes a Sony Playstation. These are served by the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, twin basins & WC. We also provide a roll-away bed which can be used in any room for your convenience.

Pool and Deck Area Relax by our superb 30' x 15' pool and jacuzzi spa. The pool and patio area is fully screened to keep out the Florida wildlife when you are enjoying a lazy day. Recline on our luxury, deeply-padded sun loungers, just watching the golfers passing by. If the sun becomes too much for you, retreat into the shaded area which has a ceiling fan for extra comfort. Eat al-fresco by the pool with uninterrupted views of the golf course or just enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day enjoying the amazing sun sets!
