 | The 'Reservation' is our beautiful 6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom villa. It is situated on a premium South West facing plot offering sun all day on the extended patio area and on the extra large pool. The villa offers uninterrupted views over the First Fairway of the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course and the Driving Range beyond.

The 'Reservation' is ideal for larger families, two families sharing or even a party of golfers. The villa will comfortably accomodate up to 14 people! The moment you walk into the large open plan living area and look through the windows to the pool and fabulous views beyond, you will appreciate why we fell in love with this villa! We have completely re-decorated, re-carpeted and extensively re-furnished the villa to a very high standard.
The spacious family room is the heart of the villa. At the end of a busy day, sink into one of the three comfortable leather sofas and watch one of the many channels available on the 42" plasma screen cable tv. A digital box is included for you to be able to stop, replay or use the guide; or watch a dvd or video. Turn the lights down low and listen to one of the relaxing cds from the library or play one of the board games. A ceiling fan creates a tropical atmosphere. The adjoining dining area is perfect for a more formal meal with its beautiful mahogany dining table seating ten . For a quick snack or a more informal meal, the breakfast area overlooking the pool. Together with the breakfast bar this provides further dining opportunities for up to ten guests.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all you require for preparing to eat in - it comes complete with oven & hob, microwave, large, double door fridge freezer [with ice maker & chilled, filtered water dispenser], dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit and large walk in larder. Of course we have added all the crockery & glassware that you could require as well as a toaster & filtered coffee maker.
The separate laundry room has a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board, so there is no need to take a case full of unclean washing home to do!
In the computer nook adjoining the kitchen, we have included a Personal Computer with Broadband internet access & printer so you can keep up to date with your business or just keep in touch with your friends at home via email. Why not surf the net to look for lots more Florida information or send your holiday snaps and make your friends jealous ?! If you prefer, use the wireless router to connect via your own laptop and surf by the pool.

The Master Bedroom is huge; in fact it could be better described as a master suite! It features its own en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, marble corner bath, twin basins with twin-lighted vanity mirror and a separate WC. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with digital safe & dedicated linen store. The bedroom itself includes a canopied King sized mahogany bed, dressing table, TV armoire with large screen cable tv, side tables with lamps, telephone & clock radio. There is even room for a comfortable sofa and coffee table. Its an ideal place to get away from it all! The centre ceiling fan & light contribute to the airy feel & the views over the golf course through the large windows are incomparable.
  
Also upstairs is a further King sized bedroom, beautifully furnished with suite of limed oak furniture & designer drapes & linens. An armoire stores the large screen cable tv and as all bedrooms this room includes a large wardrobe, ceiling fan & clock radio. The en-suite bathroom includes walk in shower, WC and wash basin.
A Queen sized bedroom is conveniently placed on the ground floor with wall mounted, cable, plasma tv and an en-suite bathroom, [which doubles as a useful pool bathroom and downstairs WC]. If any of our guests have restricted mobility this bathroom is ideal being on the ground floor and including a walk in shower designed for use if necessary with a wheelchair.
One of the 3 Twin bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. Two further twin rooms are located on the first floor & share a family bathroom which is decorated with a cheerful seaside theme and includes bath with shower over, WC & twin basins with lighted vanity mirror. The first of these twin rooms includes a DVD player. The second twin room includes a Sony Playstation.
